By downloading or using the Mindgym app (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
2. App Use
- License: We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
- Restrictions: You agree not to reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the App.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
- Subscription Model: Mindgym offers subscription plans for access. Purchases are handled through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage your subscription in your device's account settings.
- Refunds: Refund requests are governed by the App Store or Play Store's respective refund policies.
4. User Responsibilities
- Account Security: You are responsible for the security of your login credentials (via Apple, Google, or email OTP).
- Compliance: You must comply with all applicable laws and these Terms when using the App.
5. Intellectual Property
- Ownership: All content within the App, including text, graphics, and preloaded affirmational songs, belongs to Friday Labs LLC or its licensors.
- Limited Use: You may not reproduce or distribute App content without our express written permission.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
As-Is Basis: The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee error-free operation or any specific results.
7. Limitation of Liability
No Liability for Damages: Friday Labs LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Termination
- User Termination: You can delete your account at any time from within the App.
- Company Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Friday Labs LLC is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
